"Easy access to solid support"

Client satisfaction is our main goal, which is why the TG Group International Customer Support Center offers access to both online and telephone support. Our online service is available 24 hours a day, providing simple access to a full range of information, from product documentation to general Q&As.

Clients can contact customer support center representatives by email or telephone. During normal working hours, we will reply to questions within two hours. For requests received outside of business hours, we will respond no later than the following business day.
